What is prospering together?
- For a person to prosper, it doesn't mean that someone else should be disadvantaged. That is the old way of thinking.
- We envision a new way, in which all people can prosper together to uplift our whole Kabayan community.
- We believe there is such a thing as a win win situation, through community based ethical solutions.

A win win solution means both parties benefit.
In everything we do we are guided by the principle of fairness. We only apply actions and ideas which are beneficial to all concerned. If it doesn't benefit all Kabayans then we simply don't do it. We make sure things are fair and equitable for all Kabayans.

We are also committed to improving our global community
We are all citizen of two places, our country and the world. Improving our community means we need to start locally, but also look globally. We believe the Philippines needs to take its rightful place at the front, working together to help make the world a better place.
We make sure that every action we take benefits our local community, and also contributes to a better world overall. We make sure all our actions and policies help to create a more sustainable and equitable world for all.
